I don’t care what some narrow minded people say. You are doing a good job, after all it is a matter of choice. I choose to like it.

bozo – bozo – bozo i have been in the floral business for 30 years. teaching people to be cheap is not always good advice. we are professionals and do not need a black cloud to ruin our industry. let’s go all the way and they can grow them too. this woman is no florist she’s a want to be. get her off the stage! she has no eye for color it was what they had at the get and chop! flowers scream when they see her coming!!!!!!!

everything is shoved in too tight and too short and looks lousy in that huge ugly jug. Also she didn’t condition the flowers after she unwrapped them or trim the ends. Wow. How long would we last doing this in a decent flower shop before we got sacked.

Why didn’t you use the carnations. It wasn’t ugly, it just need more color. Amn maybe a little more height.
October 14th, 2011 - 20:57
Lady that is a ugly arrangement and you need do go, and do some more training with those flowers that are cut to short for that vase. and look like some of those carnations need to open up. i agree with one commet that is UGGGLLY!

Some of us don’t want to buy from a florist because we want to make our own arrangements. But in my area there are no places to flowers except the grocery store or a florist. No flower markets like some areas have. One booth in one of the flea markets have some fresh flowers but I wouldn’t give them ten cents for the whole lot of them. Not in good shape

What is wrong with you people!!! I too am a floral designer, you need to get with the program, just about anything goes now. My young clients want this very natural look, and by the way, I sometimes buy flowers at my super market! They have a great selection and are not placed where the fruit is, and usually placed there on a daily basis, unlike our suppliers, which could of had the flowers in there cooler for days, and what do think they are going to sell to us as the retailer.

Your first mistake was to buy flowers from a grocery store and not a florist. Food and flowers should never be stored together because the food puts off gases that will kill or shorten the life of flowers. Rule of thumb number 2 for the size of your container you should have gone a little taller with the flowers. I agree with the other comments. UGLY.

die gerbera verlieren sogar schon die blütenblätter ^^ das ist wohl ein witz, das als “beautiful” zu bezeichnen.. das ist ja wohl keine Floristik und bestimmt auch keine Floristin .. horrible.
